Maureen Creitz
BCPS Judy Center Specialist
Maureen is the Facilitator of Bedford Judy Center. With over 15 years of experience in childhood education, Maureen is dedicated to ensuring that every child in our center receives the best learning and care possible. She holds a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education and is committed to providing the best activities and programs to support children's learning and development.
James Turner
Family Service Case Manager
James is a Case Manager at the Judy Center and a graduate student pursuing his Master of Social Work degree at Morgan State University. With a background in psychology and over 15 years of experience in youth and family services, he is committed to supporting early childhood education and family engagement. James looks forward to connecting families with valuable resources and creating a supportive learning environment for young children.

Courtney Brown
Judy Center Facilitator
Courtney Brown is the Bedford Judy Center Facilitator. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work and has eight years of experience as a Medical Case Manager supporting individuals and families.
She joined Baltimore County Public Schools in 2021 as the Bedford Judy Center Family Services Case Manager and now serves as the Judy Center Facilitator. She is currently pursuing her second Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education.
In her role, she partners with families, staff, and community organizations to provide comprehensive, high quality services aligned with Maryland State Department of Education Judy Center goals. She supports children from birth through kindergarten by promoting school readiness, strengthening family engagement, and connecting families to valuable resources.

Olivia Steback
Family Coach
Olivia is the Bedford Judy Center’s Family Coach. She has a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Elementary Education and 12 years of experience as an educator. The purpose of her role is to strengthen the home-school connection. She works with students, teachers, and families to help ensure that students’ individual learning needs are being met. She also offers support and educational programs to parents and guardians. Olivia believes that children learn best when they feel safe, cared for, and are having fun!
